How to copy appointment from shared calendar to personal calendar

I need to copy all of the appointments from the shared calendar to my
personal calendar. At one point I saw an option to "copy to personal
calendar", but I can't find that to click on again

you could try to synchronize it with one of this tools:
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync

I don´t know a setting in Outlook or Exchange for this function.
