How to copy my whole contact list to another user's ?

Is there and easy way to share a distribution list with another user or users?

I was able to save the list as a Word document, but if I attach it to an
email and send it to a user. I can't see how to import it into his Outlook
distribution list.

Sure. Create a new message to that person, specifying Rich Text as the
format. Drag the DL to the message as an attchment. Click Send. When they
get it, they can drag it to their Contacts folder.
