Thx for the response. But my requirement is a little different.
The Sheet1 is a template in which only certain cells are editable .
I have a user form in which the user is allowed to choose if he wants
to copy contents of Sheet1 to Sheet2(this is the main sheet).
When the user choose copy Sheet1 contents ,I require the protection
details also to be copied.
Pls help
