On your toolbar go to "Add or Remove Buttons", then click
on "Customize". From there, click on the "Commands" tab.
Go go Customize Toolbar to display a new icon. Then
select "Edit" from the menu, scroll down and add "Select
Visible Cells" to your toolbar.

Now, highlight the range you want to copy, and click on
the "Select Visible Cells" icon. Now use the copy and
paste function. This will only copy the visible cells.
