How to copy the ProjectServer 2007 databases

Hello,
I need to copy every month the 4 production databases of Project Server 2007
toward the 4 development databases of another Project Server instance.
Is there a documented process to do that ?

1. Delete the existing PWA site in the SSP administration page.
2. Copy the databases however you or the DBA's prefer to the
development server.
3. Then, in the SSP Administration page create a new PWA site,
specifying the newly copied databases.

Of course, this does not copy the SharePoint content, typically
documents, issues and risks.
