How to count Conversations in Outlook 2013

Outlook 2013 Conversation

1st time posting so please dont shoot me if its a stupid question.

We have a team mailbox to take on support calls. On certian messages w
reply and get replys back. I know we can group these messages b
conversation. Question is management want to know how many emails w
get but exclude the correspondance messages - so my question is if ther
is any way we can extract a count on conversations as opposed t
individual items in a mailbox. To let you know in a month we get abou
500+ messages - we file all of them by month in sub-folders.
