No it wouldn't. And please turn off the caps lock.

What is it you're trying to do? I mean, why create a lined page?

Also, typing in all caps implies shouting, and I'm sure you don't intend to
shout at the people who might be able to help you....

A quick way to sort this would be creating tables.

Once you create enough row to fill the whole page select the whole table and
then click the "No borders" option to clear all the borders. Once done just
select to border the "Bottom Border."

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions,

Probably do the same thing in Word. You might want to ask your Word
questions in the Word Newsgroup.

I wasn't asking a question - I was mentioning that the OP might be better
off using Word for this rather than PowerPoint!

Oh, I dunno. I find it much easier to draw and position lines in PPT than in
Word.

And you don't even need to draw ANYTHING if you use Excel - just set
horizontal cell border...

You really oughta try Illustrator or AutoCAD or, y'know, a *drawing*
program if you wanna see "easier". ;-)
