How to create a checkbox within MS Word?

Hi,

Click on View -> TOolbars -> Forms
from there, you can insert a checkbox by using the correct button.

1. Click on view at Manu bar
2. Click on Toolbars then you will see many options.
3. Choose Forms
4. There will be new toolbar come up.
5. Click on Check Box
6. Then double click on this check box. There will be new dialog box come
up. You can set properties this Check box the way you would like to set up in
this dialog box such as checked or unchecked. You can also set up the size of
this check box too.
