how to create a ftp upload link?

I have a ftp server and i need to put a upload link on my web page for
clients to upload directly to a shared file in my ftp sever!

Sounds like an invite to disaster; what's to stop viruses being uploaded?

Why not post an email address folks can send the uploads to as ZIPped
attachments?
