how to create a good macro with applyfilter action ?

I create a access database with 1 table, 1 macro. 1 form. The same
way with the NorthwindCS's customer phone list sample. Everything're the same
with this sample and its properties. But It can not do filter (applyfilter
action).

I think something no right or it can have the relation with SQL or so
on! Please assist me about this problem!
