The simpliest way would be:
1. add a Front Page form to your site that requests
whatever info you want including the visitor's email
address. The form submissions would then be automatically
forwarded to your email,
2. Copy the email addresses to the address book of your
email client (Microsoft Outlook or whatever).
For Front Page forms to work, your host must support
Front Page Extensions (they do all the form and email
sending processing), you must publish using the http
approach (not FTP as that will "break" the Extensions)
and the host must enable email transport.
A more automated method could be programmed but this
would involve learning a programming language or paying
someone to do this for you.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
(I am using Frontpage 2003).
