How to Create a msg popup window at startup

I noticed several Access dbase programs have a msg pop up in form design for
5 seconds or so before the main menu appears. Is there anyone out there that
can give me the steps on how to create one? Is this a lenghty process?

These are referred to as 'Splash Screens'. A simple google search for 'Ms
Access creating splash screens' return numerous good resources. Below are a
