How to create a new column with a lookup list in Gantt Chart View

Hi ,

I'm trying to create a new collumn with a lookup list in Gantt Chart View in
Project Professional 2003 (Running Project Server). I'd like this collumn to
be available to all enterprise projects.

Here's what you would need to do:

1. Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
3. Click Tools - Customize - Enterprise Fields
4. Select the Tasks option and then select the Text field type
5. Select any available Text field and click the Rename button
6. Give the field a new name and click the OK button
7. Click the Value List button
8. Add your list of possible values and set a default value, if you wish
9. Click the OK button and click the OK button in the warning dialog
10. Click the OK button to close the Customize Enterprise Fields dialog
11. Save and close the Enterprise Global file
12. Exit and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project
Server
13. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
14. Click View - Table - More Tables
15. Select the Enterprise Entry table and click the Edit button
16. Add the new custom field to the Enterprise Entry table and click the OK
button
17. Click the Close button
18. Save and close the Enterprise Global file
19. Ask all users to exit and relaunch Microsoft Project Professional and
log into Project Server

To view the new column, users can click View - Enterprise Gantt Chart and it
