How to create a New Fax to Contact in Outlook

In Outlook 2003, there is a feature that allows me to create a new Letter to
Contact. I would also like to create a New Fax to Contact, New Memo to
Contact, etc. How do I accomplish?

Most of us just create and save a merge document for that purpose.
