how to create a rule for a public folder?

I am trying to get a template to work as a response to a rule created in
folder assistant.

And when you use a plain text formatted template to respond, what happens?
(Any error messages, it doesn't respond to a person that send a message in
from the internet, anonymous users can't send e-mail to the public folder,
..etc)

I've created a Public Folder with an e-mail address, and a Folde
Assistant Rule to reply to all incoming e-mails. However, replies ar
only sent to internal senders, not internet e-mail senders. Littl
help??
