How to create a workgroup in 2003

Hi,

I'm following Jack MacDonalds paper on security with
access and he mentions that he uses a program called
wrkgadm.exe to create a new workgroup file. I am using
access 2003 and I cannot find this file anywhere.

How do I create a new workgroup?

The function has been moved to an item in the menu, under Security.

(I've just upgraded as well -- time to update the paper!)
