How to create an offline unicode IMAP file?

Even with Office 2003, with IMAP accounts, the offile file created is of the
pst 97-2002 format, not the new unicode format. How to create the offline
folder in the new unicode format or change (and by the way move) the old file
to the new format?

imap accounts only work with ansi format psts. you can't force Unicode.

Thanks. Thats too bad. Actually, the real problem is the limitation of
Outlook to open only one Exchange Server MAPI session at the same time. I
need three of them, that is why I am using IMAP, but it is not working well.
