How to create data connections for tab-delimited data...

Hi,

I am having difficulty with creating a tab-delimited data connection.
I used the Excel Import Data Wizard with success. When I try to access
the Data Connection to change my source file, for some reason I don't
have access to the Properties Tab. Can you help explain what I am
doing wrong?
