How to create folder actions?

When I delete messages in the Inbox folder of my email account, the messages
stay there and are stroke out. I would like that the deleted messages move
to another folder, say "Trash".

Hal Hostetler [MVP-P/I]

This is normal behavior for an IMAP account. If this is the type account
you have, about all you can do is enable the "Purge items when switching
folders online" option on the "General" tab under the "More Settings" button
available from 'Tools|Account Settings|Change'.

IMAP accounts don't have "Trash" folders.
