How to create folders and move messages btn folders programmatically

Hi there !

Can anyone send me some VBA code samples on how to create a new folder
in some pst file and move email messages (contained in another pst) to
it ?

In the absence of specific code, any mention to VBA functions/procs
that will allow this would be welcome (I'll dig further after that).

I am running Office 2003.
