how to create junk email folder in office outlook 2003?

I have 3 email accounts. I have create separate .pst for each account. But I
am not able to create "Junk E-mail Folder" for each these .pst. Please help
me out ASAP.

There will be only one Junk E-mail folder for all of your accounts combined,
if they're all POP accounts. You can't change that.
