How to create Office XP mst file using orktools.exe

I try to create officeXP MST file(PRO.MST)file using resource kid
(orktools.exe), I did not see the screen as I did for office2003 (ork.exe),
what did I do wrong? I did not see create new MST file path, can someone help
me step by step?
