TeAmo,
Put your curser in the first paragraph with the numbering. Format - bullets
and numberting - in the bullets and numbering dialogue, click customize,
click the More button on your right. Select level 2, remove the check next
to restart number after at the bottom of the dialogue, repeat for level 3.
Does that help?

Hi Luc,

Thanks for suggestion. However, I cannot find "More" button after click
customize. I found only format, style, position, preview. Please note that I
use MS Word 2003 SP3. Any clue?

Thanks and regards,

You must be on the Outline Numbered tab to get a dialog that has this
option. It will be below the OK and Cancel buttons.
