How to create rule where "from" is <email> on behalf of <email>?

How do I create a rule where I specify the "from people or distribution list"
is something like "<email 1> on behalf of <email 2>"? I've subscribed to a
mailing list and even though the emails say they're "from" <email 2>, my rule
sees that they're actually from <email 1>. I tried setting "with specific
words in the sender's address" but that doesn't work either.

Instead of the "from people or distribution list" condition, try the "with
specific words in the header" condition.
