how to create the citation

There is nothing to do with Word, you just follow the guidelines of particular style you need, that is all!

It is essay in human science, it's supposed to be MLA style guess, do you know any decent citation generator???

Citations in Word are created via References>Insert Citation. If your source hasn't already been added, you can do that via the 'Add New Source' option.
