how to create two sided bookmarks that lineup

how can i setup a word page for a 2 sided bookmarks. that is when i print the
bookmarks on oneside and turn the page over and print on the backside so that
they match?

Careful measurement and positioning of the margins so the page is
symmetrical when you flip it. Also design the bookmarks so that perfect
alignment is not a requirement, because with a home printer you won't get
that. (Eg, if you have colored areas going to the edge of the bookmark,
allow a couple of millimeters bleed.)
