You likely have to buy this from Microsoft. For your local retailer
you can probably find them on the MS website
www.microsoft.com.
The Excel SDK that I used in the mid 1990s was quite helpful.
Even came with some sample progs to create basic files. That
was pre-VB-for-office though, so things may be very different now.
