How to cross reference report numbers

I am trying to cross reference report numbers on a form. All of my entries
have a key field of Report Number. I need to be able to display which
reports are related to another one. For example, I open up report #1, and
within that report, I have a tab for related reports. I select report #5 and
#10 as related. So far no problem.

But then I go an open up report #5, and it should show that report #1 and
#10 are related. This is where I am stuck. How do I get the data I entered
under report #1 showing that #5 and #10 are related to enter that data under
#5 and #10 so that when I pull up #5 it shows that #1 and #10 are related?

Any help would be appreciated.
