How to Customize an e-mail message form

Each time I open a message form in Outlook 2002 (to send
an email), I would like to add a bcc block, in addition to
the "to" and "cc" block that usually appear.

Can I do this and how?

You just want the BCC field displayed? Use View, Bcc in an open mail
item and that field will be displayed.
