how to customize e-mail header

My present e-mail settings do not show if an attachment
has been sent, and I would like to add "attachment", so
that it is recorded, what attachment was sent with a
mail.
Example: The present layout view is

From
Sent
To
Subject
I would like to add
"Attachment"
