How to Customize your Outlokk To,Cc& Bcc Button

Hello All,
Can anybody help me to customize Outlook Default Button,
i want to use Outlook Cc,To,& BCc button for me.if a user click on this
button my Functionality should be invoked not outlook Functionality.
if anybody has any idea how to change default behaviour of this button

i know i have to perform Event Sinking on this but how to get id of these
buttons and How to use
