How to de-activate Office 2007 to install on another machine

I purchased a new laptop and want to install Office 2007 Small Business which
was purchased and activated with my old laptop. How do I de-activate Office
on the old machine so that I can activate it on the new machine?

The old machine will be sold or given away and I do not need it on the old
machine.
