How to define an autonumber field using Jet SQL?

I wanna use Jet SQL to define an autonumber column in a table, and the most
important is the Fied Size should be Replication ID, that is a GUID with a
storage size of 16 bytes. And this operation can be easily done on the
Property Sheet in the Design View of a table, but how to achive it just
using SQL statements?
