How to del all “junk-emailâ€

“junk-email†folder fails to del all files. It may del some; but always
leaves at least 1 old file that I cannot del. Any clues how to del this 1
file or create a new “junk email†folder w/o reinstalling Outlook? FYI: I
already tried to reinstall Outlook but it did not clean up this problem.

Are you using a pst-file? Use scanpst.exe to scan it for errors.

Even though this posting is old, I thought it might be helpful to mention how
I delete junk email or email in other folders that refuses to be deleted the
usual way. Press the "shift" and "delete" keys at the same time.
