how to delete a theme from a website

By mistake I added a theme to several of my websites, is there a way to
remove it so all my sites go back to the way there were before? I have
searched for this answer and all tells me to go to format choose theme then
click on something that I can not find that says No Theme.

Choose to apply a Theme again and select No Theme. It is at the top of
the list so you may have to scroll the list.
