How to delete e-mail account that does not appear in account setti

I changed ISP from Skyoptic to Bigpond. Deleted Skyoptic e-mail account in
account settings and created new account for Bigpond e-mail. BUT the Skyoptic
account still appears in the Outlook Send/Receive window and outlook still
tries to send/receive to this account (with no sucess) New Bigpond account is
working OK.

In the e-mail account settings, Skyoptic does not appear at all, only Bigpond.

Anyone know how to delete the Skyoptic account from Send/Receive function?
