I will assume Outlook 2003. Choose E-mail accounts... from
the Tools drop down menu. Check "View or change existing
e-mail accounts, and click on the Next button. In the
E-mail Accounts dialog box that opens, select the
account(s) that you want to remove and click on the Remove
button. Then click on the Finish button.
