How to delete from drafts and Outbox, says sending?

I have a 220MB message stuck in the Outbox and it has been there for two days
and evertime I look, it says it is being sent. I also have a message stuck
in drafts because of this message. I would like to dump both. How do I do
that?

Set outlook offline, wait a few minutes, then use shift+delete to delete
them.
