How to delete Mails in Trash after a specific period of time?

I'd like to know whether it is possible to delete mails I put in the trash folder after a specific period of time? E.g. "delete a mail after it has been in the trash folder for 10 days".

configuration I have to make to affect only the trash folder?

Set up auto archiving on the Deleted Items folder on the folder's Properties
dialog.

I figured it out (I was lost in the global config settings.). Thanks. For
everybody who is interested as well:

Right click on the folder of your choice and select properties. This dialog
is pretty much self explaining.
