How to delete only one link

R

Robert

Hello,
In the Workspace of a project in PWA 2007, I created several links.
It seems that the Delete option deletes *all* the links.
How can I delete only one link?
Thanks

Here's how to delete a single link:

1. Click the word "Links" at the top of the section.
2. Float your mouse pointer over the link you wish to delete.
3. Click the drop-down list that appears for that link and select the
"Delete Item" menu choice.
4. Click the Yes button when prompted.

FYI: When you float your mouse pointer over an item in the Project
Workspace, you are seeing default WSS functionality. Float your mouse
pointer over any item in the workspace, such as a Risk, an Issue, a
Document, a Deliverable, and you will see the same functionality. Teach
your people how to do this and you will all be happy campers! :) Hope this
helps.

Dale,
I'm in the "Version: You are editing the Shared Version of this page" page.
I tried ten times but I never get the drop-down list from any link ;-(
What did I miss?
Thanks

It sounds like you are editing the Web part for the project worspace. DO
NOT do that. Display the project workspace Home page the way everyone else
can see it (not in editing mode) and then follow the steps I detailed in the
last post. It will work; I know because I tested the steps before I sent
them to you. Hope this helps.
