The read-only status of your projects indicates that they are stuck in
"checked out" mode in the Project Server database. Ask your Project Server
admininstrator to do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Manage enterprise features link
4. Click the Check in enterprise projects link in the sidepane
5. Select a project in the data grid and click the Check-In button

Once your admin has checked in the projects, he/she can delete them if
necessary. Otherwise, this process makes each of the projects accessible in
Read/Write mode. Hope this helps.

Hi Cesar,

I agree with Dale that the project might be checked out.

If Project Server Administrator is not available in MSP 2003 a project
manage can check in his own project (Only if he is the one who checked it out)

1) Open MS Project Professional
2) Try to open that read-only project
3) This will say that the project is checked out by (Who so ever) May be

If it is someone else other than you
(THEN YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR- Follow what DALE suggested)

If it is you who checked the project out.

Login to PWA
Click on Project (Project Center)
At bottom left hand side you will see checkin
Click on that and you can check in the project that you have left checked out

HOW TO DELETE A PROJECT
Your administrator can follow this steps
1) Open project Web access
2) Click on Clean up project server database
3) You can select and delete the project that you donot wish to keep (But
for this project has to be checked in)

Let me know if this helps...... :)
