One of our users has their Outlook setup to save msgs on the POP3 server
until they manually delete them... not using the number of days for
expiration.
This allows them to get to different computers for viewing email,
along with the Webmail interface.
Anyway - with Eudora, there is an icon next to each msg that is still on
the server,
and we can right-click and slect "delete".
However - with Outlook - there is no indication of the msgs still on the
server,
along with any way to manually delete those specific msgs.
We have one user that has 125meg on the POP3 server,
and has no idea which msgs are still there - or not - using his
Outlook -
until they manually delete them... not using the number of days for
