How to Deny Access to Resource Info i.e. cost/rates??

I'm trying to find the right combination of user parameters to set that will
allow me to give a team lead access to a project but not see the contents of
the resources. I.e. I don't them to see any costing or rates.

How can I protect that info. and give them access to the project?

Tim:

In PWA, you do this by making sure that the views that your team leads have
access to, don't reveal data you don't want them to see. People get
connected to views through their Category affiliation in PWA. For people who
have access through Microsoft Project, you can't create this level of
restriction.
