How to design a multiple choice exam from a chapter

I am studying for a test and I need to create a multiple choice exam, this
exam would have multiple choices and if I were to chose the wrong or right
answer it will have to let me know, and maybe go as far as showing me
progress i.e. percentage of right answers. I've been told to use FLASH
Media, and somebody told me that I can also use other programs; Does OFFICE
2003 have this capabilities? and if so which program do I need to use?

Not too bright are we? You have been told what application to use, so why
are you posting here? If you have been told to use Flash, then that is what
you need. Go and buy it. The student edition will set you back around £250
($470).

Why are you so insistent in being arrogant toward every poster whose post
doesn't meet your requirements in the newsgroup to which they are posting?

Read the post and you will see the OP says they were told they could use
other programs and they want to know if Office 2003 has the capabilities to
create multiple choice test.

You can use PowerPoint for this, but PPT's not really a CBT program, so it
will take some coding. Or you can use hyperlinks and action settings and
even just entrance and exit animations for something less complex.

If you're not familiar with these functions or VBA and code, I'd think that
your time would be better spent just making some flashcards by hand, though.

That said, this page has links to PPT and games info and samples.

http://www.loyola.edu/education/PowerfulPowerPoint/ is a PPT VBA book that
might be useful.

Flash would be a better program to use, yes, but the learning curve is
fairly steep.

Quizmaker is a great product. http://www.articulate.com/quizmaker.html It's
also $399.
