How to disable calendar update option

I am the EPM administrator and I want to disable the edit
option of Hours Per Day field in Tools -> Options ->
Calendar in MSP 2002. Can anybody help me with this?

Ashraf --

There is no default method for disabling this option. If your project
managers are messing with these numbers, then you need to make this a
training issue with them. Hope this helps.
