How to disable "Content advisor" if I can't remember its password?

Hi, I have a problem to visit web site via internet
explorer. Beacuse somebody active content advisor for my
computer and I don't know its password.

Pleas help me--->How can I disable function or get rid of
this problem?

My OS is Win98 SE.
