how to disable ctrl+shift ?

Hello,
I have a small word issue, when I press right ctrl+shift the paragraph moves
to the right side.
I recorded macro to find whats really going on. it revealed:
Selection.RtlPara
From the manual I found that this feature was for the right-to-left
languages and since I do not have any of those fancy languages and I need
this key sequence for my other thing, then how can I get rid of this
rubbish???
