How to disable Design mode from end user

Hi all,

I have designed a form using Infopath and published the same to
a form library in a sharepoint site, now i want to restrict my site
members from redesigning the same Infopath form. All I want my members
is to fill out the form and submit the same to the library...

Go to your Tools-Form Options, under the General Tab, click the Enable
Protection box, notice " This discourages users who are filing out the form
from changing the form template."...
