How to disable menus Tasks, Resources, ...

Is it possible to use the configuration functions for menus to have Tasks
and Resources not appear in the toolbar on top of each page?

Anyone who doesn't have access to resources will not see the menu selection,
however everyone who uses Project Server is assumed to be eligible for task
assignments, and therefore, this link can't be removed.
