how to disable outlook

I am sick and tired of clicking on my msn messenger for "my inbox" and
getting outlook instead of a webpage, this is extremely annoying. how do i
kill outlook or stop it from coming up completely?

Internet applet > Programs tab > Email dropdown

figured it out, i must have been at that page 20 times but never made the
